To help keep everything running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask guests to flush only toilet paper. If you plan to enjoy the BBQ, please remember to turn off the propane tank after use and give the grill a quick clean so it’s ready for the next delicious meal. You may also notice that the front lawn area contains part of the septic system, so we kindly ask that vehicles remain on the driveway and avoid driving on the grass. The cottage is intended for quiet, relaxing stays. • Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. • Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM to respect the peaceful surroundings and nearby neighbors. BBQ Use If you use the BBQ, please turn off the propane tank after use and give the grill a quick clean so it’s ready for the next meal. Garbage & Recycling Garbage and recycling must be taken to the city bins located at the start of the street, as required for properties in the area. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as shown. The hosts were very communicative and responsive, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I stayed there on Family Day weekend with my 12 year old twin boys. The location near Dwight was exactly where we wanted to stay - close to lots of winter activities We considered another AirBNB that was on a lake but Rose's place was bigger and more reasonable priced. There was a lot of snow the last few weeks so I was hoping the dirt roads would be properly plowed - I have 4 wheel drive but don't have winter tires. The streets were fine as was the driveway. My boys quite enjoyed climbing the big pile of snow left by the plough! The place is spacious and the floors and appliances, dishes, etc. make the place feel new. It's only a 10 min drive to Hwy 60 but it doesn't feel that close when you are there. The rolling hills and snow make it very quiet. I recommend and would like to try it in the summer. John
