We follow a thorough professional cleaning and sanitization process after every checkout. There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests. No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000 We kindly ask that you respect the house rules and our neighbours to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR STAYS OF 1 WEEK OR LONGER Starter supplies of toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies after that.
